Due to the nature of industrial hardware and related products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

Please ensure that the product specifications, bearing numbers, dimensions, and quantities are correct before placing your order.

Exceptions may be made only in the following circumstances:

• The customer receives an incorrect product.
• The customer receives a damaged product due to shipping.
• The product is missing from the order.

Any such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

SLJK Hardware reserves the right to verify all claims before providing a replacement or other resolution.

Products will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund for reasons including but not limited to:
• Incorrect product selection by the customer.
• Change of mind after purchase.
• Products ordered in the wrong size, specification, or bearing number.
• Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.
